Shipping Policy
- Deliveries are made across Pakistan.
- Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
- Shipping charges may vary based on your location.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Exchanges
- Exchange is allowed within 5 days of delivery on eligible products.
- Items must be in original condition.
- Exchange shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened perfumes.
- Items bought on discount or during special sales.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
